How to book us as your wedding photographers
Have a look through my wedding photography portfolio or check out one of my associate photographers – do you click with our images? If yes, then proceed to step two
- Contact us to get our rates and details.
- When we reply we’ll suggest a possible date for meeting (if you’re overseas or in another province we’re happy to give you a call or chat on Skype).
- Come and meet with us. We’ll chat about your expectations, what you’re looking for in your wedding photographer, and what it is that we offer.
- When you’re ready to go ahead with your booking simply drop us an email after the meeting and we’ll send through an invoice for you.
- To secure your booking your 50% deposit is due within a week from the invoice. Your balance is due 2 days before your wedding.
- Prior to your wedding we’ll meet with you again or chat on the phone to go over your timeline (where we’re very happy to help with photograph friendly suggestions) and the special details of your wedding.
Planning a wedding is heavy going, but we always make sure that our side of things gets handled professionally and in good time. For most brides and grooms this is the first time they’ve had to deal with most of the service providers that they’ll use for their wedding and the protocols and modes of doing things may seem strange or foreign. The truth is that booking us as your wedding photographers is very simple and hassle free so that working with us is a pleasure!
