Cath and Marcin’s bridal and groom shoot

Some time ago, when I first made the decision to move my site and update it’s design and layout, I knew that there was a good chance that I could lose the posts on my old blog. Or, at least I wouldn’t simply be able to import them into this blog because the formats and layouts were different. I knew I needed the update but I was pretty sad to be loosing my old posts! I really like the people who hire me to shoot their weddings. Photographing their wedding day makes me part of that day – for better or worse, but hopefully for better! The thought of not having those stories up here was quite sad. So, I’ve decided to reconstitute those posts. They might not say exactly the same stuff, and a lot of the comments may be lost, but here goes!

Cath and Marcin got married at a gorgeous wedding venue in Elgin – Rockhaven. Simple, uncomplicated and elegant – very much like Cath and Marcin.

Dan and I started out shooting the boys – maniac, in the best possible way. And then we went and found the girls for something a bit softer and more romantic!

When I have a chance in the next day or so I’ll post more from their wedding.
